Lavender’s medicinal value can be traced back 2,500 years ago, to the early days of the Roman and Egyptian empires. The Egyptians used lavenders to create perfumes and to mummify their dead loved ones while the Romans used them in bathing, cooking, and scenting the air.
From the 14th to the 17th centuries, Europe and other parts of the world used lavender to heal various ailments and conditions including hair loss and hair thinning problems. Today, lavender herb is among the most popular essential oils for natural hair loss treatment.
Lavender essential oil is derived from the extract of lavender plant which is scientifically known as lavandula. This essential oil can be used as a natural hair loss treatment or simply to improve the health, beauty, and shine of the hair.
